Soelberg Peralta, PS was founded in 2004 by Stephen H. Soelberg, CPA, in Selah, WA. Recognizing the need for personalized accounting services in Yakima, he incorporated the firm in 2007 and brought on Mauricio Peralta, CPA, as a partner. Together, they built a firm committed to expert financial guidance tailored to the unique needs of individuals and businesses.
In 2018, we merged with Durrett & Associates, PLLC, expanding our team and enhancing our ability to serve the Yakima community. Although co-founder Tom Durrett has since passed, his dedication to quality service remains at the heart of our firm. Today, we continue to honor that legacy by offering comprehensive tax and financial solutions backed by decades of expertise.
